Dr. Day was born in Cali, Colombia and grew up in Miami, FL. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami with Minors in Chemistry and Italian Studies. She attended medical school at St. George’s University where she completed her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Multi-Sector Health Management. In addition to encouraging food as medicine and a healthy active lifestyle, Dr. Day utilizes an evidence-based, holistic approach to manage acute and chronic conditions in patients of all ages.
