Heather D. Upchurch, FNP-BC

Heather Upchurch is a Certified Medical Surgical RN and a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was the recipient of the TMH Cathedral Award during her undergraduate studies at Keiser University. After completing her undergraduate degree and while attending Graduate School, she worked as an RN at HCA Florida Capital Hospital from 2011 to 2018. There she was awarded the CRMC ER Nurse of Excellence and was the recipient of the CRMC Cares Award.
